The video is mostly sped up so take it at your own pace. Also, my breaks aren’t a full 30 seconds, just because it was too long in the video, lol! It’s enough of a rest though so feel free to use those breaks I worked into the video, or time your own! Here’s the workout:
- 40 Jumping Jacks
- 30 Reaching Scissors
- 20 Air Squats
- 10 Plank Shoulder Taps
- 30 second rest
