Like many people, I often find myself pondering if I should get in a workout. I know the obvious answer is, “yes,” but sometimes I need a little push. I created this map to help me remember the answer. Maybe it’ll help you too!

I know we’re not always in the mood, but unless you’re feeling crappy or your injured, you (meaning me) should probably workout. Even a 20 minute workout will do. Anything to get your body moving and muscles working will be beneficial! Stop being lazy, Kelli and workout!
